Why Was My Order/Service Canceled?

  • We apologize that your delivery was canceled. There are a few reasons that might cause your order to be canceled. Some of those reasons include but are not limited to:


• The merchant is closed due to a private event, weather, emergency, 

or a change in their operating hours.


  • Merchant so busy were unable to reach cashier to pick-up order.


• The merchant cannot accept payments due to an equipment malfunction.
• The merchant is cash-only. AJ Eats cannot place orders at cash-only merchants.

  • The merchant does not have sufficient product to fulfill your order.
  • The merchant is too busy to take new orders.


Refund Information for 100% cancelled deliveries.

Why Is My Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

  First and foremost, we're sorry that your order is taking longer than expected! While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, we're here to make things right.


Restaurants and Drivers do their best to complete orders within the estimated delivery time, but external factors can cause delay. Some of those reasons include but are not limited to: 


The Driver may need to take a detour. 

Traffic, Construction, Weather Conditions.

The restaurant may be extremely busy. 

The Drivers distance from the restaurant. 

Your distance from the pickup location. 

How many orders are ahead of yours. 

Health & Safety Measures in place. 

Can I Report A Missing Or Incorrect Item From My Order?

    First and foremost, we're sorry! While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, 

we're here to help make things right.


If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting the issue to the restaurant directly. 


   After talking things over with the restaurant reach out to us if needed so we can further assist you. Our team is always happy to help you out if you’re not able to resolve this directly with the restaurant.

I Accidentally Placed A Duplicate Order.

     If you placed an order by accident you should call and cancel your order directly with the restaurant you ordered from. You should be able to cancel with no problem, as long as you do it before the restaurant starts preparing your order.  


Next contact AJ Eats-Delivery to notify us that your order has been canceled. Once this has been confirmed a 100% refund will be issued covering the cost of food and associated fees.

I Received My Order But I’m Not Happy With It.

  Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our restaurant friends work really hard to provide you great food, so they’re keen for your feedback. 


Call the merchant right away and they might be able to fix the problem 

for you or help you out for next time. 


We can't guarantee this call will result in things being put right immediately but it's definitely worth a shot.

  • What symptoms did you have?
  • What dish(es) did you eat/drink?
  • When did your symptoms start appearing, and how long did they last for?
  • Did you seek medical attention? If you visited a doctor, please let us know of any medicine they prescribed for you.
  • Did anyone else who shared your meal feel unwell afterwards?

  • Can you take clear photographs of the object and affected item(s)

I Scheduled AJ's Delivery But The Merchant Was Closed

First and foremost, we're sorry! While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, 

we're here to help make things right.


Contact us right away (Have your confirmation SMS/Email)  

Once this has been confirmed a 100% refund will be issued covering the cost of food 

and associated delivery fees. 


 It may take a few days for the payment to disappear or credit to post on your account statement, but don't worry – we won't take any money for this order. If you can still see the transaction on your bank statement after 5 to 7 business days contact our support teams.
