If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting the issue to the restaurant directly.

If you placed an order by accident you should call and cancel your order directly with the restaurant you ordered from. You should be able to cancel with no problem, as long as you do it before the restaurant starts preparing your order.
Next contact AJ Eats-Delivery to notify us that your order has been canceled. Once this has been confirmed a 100% refund will be issued covering the cost of food and associated fees.
