"Issued" Credit & Refund Information.

General Guidelines

First and foremost, we're sorry! While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, 

we're here to help make things right.


Please review the instances below: 


  • Order was canceled by the merchant.
  • Order was correctly cancelled 100% by customer.
  • Order was canceled 100% by AJ's.
  • Delivery was not completed due to driver error.
  • Delivery was not completed due mechanical failure.
  • Delivery was not completed due weather. 
  • A substitution was of significant lesser value.
  • Item was paid for but unable to be made by merchant.
  • System errors resulting in AJ Eats Delivery not receiving customers service request.
  • "Obvious" item was overlooked by driver and missing from delivery. 
  • Damaged packaging or items due to "Obvious" drive error.

Issued Credit Card & Refund Guidelines.

It Shouldn’t Take Too Long to Receive Your Credit or Refund.

Credit Card Refunds

  • Are only issued for 100% confirmed cancelations. 
  • Charges must post to bank account before refund can be issued.
  • Can only go back to the original card used for the purchase. 
  • Can be refunded up to the amount of the original sale, but not more.
  • Can only be issued within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Are processed within 24 hours, but the banks can take around five to seven business days to handle the request. 
  • May be subject to other limitations or etc.


Digital Coupons/Credits 

  • Will always be the "Only" method used for partial credit.
  • Will always be the "Only" method used for full credit.
  • Will not be redeemable for cash.
  • Will not have an expiration date and can only be used once each.
  • Will be sent out within 24 hours through SMS/Email.
  • May be subject to other limitations or etc.


Note: If AJ Eats-Delivery deems that customers are exploiting the company’s goodwill in order to receive free meals and or services; AJ Eats-Delivery will deactivate the account or refuse service to any individual or business who is suspect of exploiting it's Refund/Credit policy.
