Place Your "Skiatook" Walmart® Order.

First:

  • Using the Walmart® App or Online Website 
  • Log in and place an order with Walmart®. 

Then:

  • Add AJ Eats llc. as the alternate pickup person during checkout.
  • Enter AJEatsDelivery@outlook.com as the Alternate email address.
  • Make sure your mobile contact number is entered.
  • Finish your Walmart® checkout.


How Is My Pick- Up & Delivery Scheduled?

First:

  •  Place Your "Skiatook" Walmart® Order. 

Then:

  • We will contact you to confirm the pick-up and delivery of your Walmart® order. 


Note:

You'll receive an SMS/Email notification from Walmart® when your order is ready to be picked up. AJ Eats-Delivery will receive a copy of the email and head to Walmart® to pick-up then delivery your items. 


Please: Do not "Check In" on your mobile app. We will "Check In" once we arrive at Walmart®.

You'll get an SMS/Email confirming your delivery details once we finalize your service with AJ's.   


 Haven't Received A Confirmation Email?  We bet it was the computer gremlins, but it could be that we don’t have your correct email address.

After picking up your items, your driver will head to the delivery address that was entered during checkout. As your driver nears your delivery address, we may send you a text message or give you a call. 


Upon Arrival, Your Delivery Driver Will Do The Following:


• If you’ve entered any special delivery instruction, your Driver will check these and follow 

        them accordingly.


• If your driver is unable to locate you, or is having difficulties entering your building, they will  

        send you a text message or give you a call.

Delivery Services Are "Generally" Paid For Upon Completion

Sometimes. Not always! 

When you schedule your delivery service, the total is authorized on your debit or credit card account and held by your financial institution. Authorization holds are not actual charges; they will show as pending in your account. This allows your bank to reserve funds so the delivery can be scheduled. 

Who Handles My Items?

The only people that handle your groceries are trusted, local personal shopping experts. From pickup to delivery, your groceries are in the hands of experts.

 
Walmart® shoppers must complete a three-week training program learning how to select the freshest produce and the best cuts of meat for Online Grocery customers.


As Delivery Drivers, we are reinventing the shopping experience by helping customers shop when and where they want.

    
We are here to deliver fresh groceries and other merchandise straight to your doorstep in a timely manner.  

What If I'm Not There To Receive My Order?

In the case that you can’t be there to receive your delivery in person, we recommend first reaching out to a friend or neighbor to get it for you. Just let the driver know of the change by adding a note in the delivery instructions or by reaching out to us.
 

You must be present to receive your delivery of Walmart® Items. If you cannot be present for a delivery for any reason, you will need to schedule your delivery service with AJ Eats-Delivery at a later date/time when you can be there to receive the item(s)  


*Please note: Orders containing alcohol will require the I.D. to be "scanned", photo taken and signature of the recipient who must be at least 21 years of age and cannot be left unattended.

Can I Have Groceries Delivered To A Business?

Yes. Many businesses use this service to stock their break rooms with paper products, beverages, fruit, energy bars and other snacks. 


Business customers also order party trays for working lunches and company events. As long as the location is in our delivery area.

If you want to have groceries delivered to a parent, friend or etc., simply provide that person's name and delivery address to a member of our customer service team when scheduling your Walmart® pick-up & delivery with AJ Eats Delivery.

Can Groceries Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately No, individual orders cannot be sent to multiple addresses at this time.  


If you want to have groceries delivered to a parent, friend or etc., simply provide that person's name and delivery address to a member of our customer service team when scheduling your Walmart® pick-up & delivery with AJ Eats Delivery.

If your driver is unable to locate you, or is having difficulties entering your building, they will send you a text message or give you a call. The text or call will be sent to the phone number you provided at checkout. 


To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend useful information—


  • Parking locations
  • Keeping an eye out for text messages and phone calls from the delivery driver Leaving instructions for parking, gate codes, or other clues to find your home. 
  • Specific directions for hard-to-locate front doors. 
  • Any markers on your home that might help the driver find the best entrance.


You can add delivery instructions while booking your delivery with AJ Eats-Delivery.

Can I Be Handed My Items?

AJ Eats Contactless Delivery.

We Practice Contactless Deliveries Whenever Possible.

Contactless Deliveries allow us to leave a delivery at a doorstep, move back to a distance greater than 6 feet away while verifying receipt of the delivery with the recipient (if required), and try to do everything electronically (e.g., in an app, website or over a phone). 


*This eliminates the need for close contact between us and the delivery recipient.  

How Do I Pay AJ's?

Delivery Services Are Paid For Upon Completion

 AJ Eats-Delivery accepts Cash, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) $Cash App, Venmo and Paypal. You can also pay with a debit card if it can be used like a credit card-just enter the card number, security code and other information at checkout.

  • Pre-Pay or Pay upon delivery with one of the above methods.
  • Receive a payment link via SMS/Email to pay for AJ’s delivery services.
  • Put your credit card on file with AJ's and be charged for delivery upon competition.


A member of our customer service team will guide you through this simple process.

Can I Use A "Merchant" Gift Card or Coupons To Pay?

 At this time, "Merchant" gift cards, gift certificates, printed voucher, online coupons, digital coupons and promotional coupons cannot be accepted toward any AJ Eats-Delivery services.     


If it's a Visa or a similar gift card, then yes!  


Due to current USDA restrictions, AJ Eats-Delivery is unable to accept EBT cards – 

we apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I Pay With My AJ's E-Gift Card?

  Absolutely, AJ’s Electronic gift cards are easy to use because you don’t have to print out a paper copy of the E-Gift Card or enter the number into a mobile wallet or gift card app in order to use the E-Gift Card to pay.

We will verify the information against what we have on file and charge 

your AJ’s E-Gift Card upon delivery.

Weather Policy

Rain: Drivers will deliver in virtually all rainy conditions. However, if local flooding becomes an issue, the company may close our service early to ensure safety of the delivery drives.


Ice & Snow: During these weather conditions, the company may be forced to eliminate delivery to certain areas because of inaccessibility due to hills or traffic accidents. Often, Side streets can remain impassable for a couple of days after a storm when temperatures remain below freezing.


Severe Weather: During these weather conditions, the company may close our service early to ensure safety of the delivery drives.


The safety of the driver is the key factor in determining whether to continue delivering or not. Since deliveries are made in personal vehicles and drivers must hold the company harmless for any and all liability, damage, being stuck, or injury to a person and/or property, making deliveries during inclement weather conditions is strictly voluntary.
