*No. There are no fees associated with E-Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card . E-Gift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

*No. Unfortunately not at this time.

How Do I Cancel The Purchase Of A E-Gift Card?

*If your E-Gift Card has not been delivered via email, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation is subject to limitations.

When Is My Credit Card Charged For My Purchase?

*Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as AJ EATS LLC.

When Will My Recipient Receive Their E-Gift Card?

*Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Please see the "eGift Cards" section below for more about eGift Cards.

How Do I Get A Receipt For My E-Gift Card Purchase?

*Once your E-Gift Card is purchased, you will receive an email thanking your for brightening someone's day with an E-Gift Card from AJ Eats llc.

Can I Buy An E-Gift Card For Myself?

*Yes. To do so, check the box "I want to send this to myself" underneath "Your Name”. Your eGift Card will be sent to the email address entered on the Payment Page.

Where Can I Use My AJ's E-Gift Card?

*Only On AJ Eats-Delivery Website, App or Directly With An AJ's Delivery Driver.

How Can I Pay With My AJ's E-Gift Card?

(A) Enter your AJ's E-Gift Card number at checkout on our website

(B) We will verify the information against what we have on file and charge

your AJ’s E-Gift Card upon delivery.

Is My AJ's E-Gift Card Information On File?

*Yes, we have your AJ's E-Gift Card information on file. With this information your delivery driver can charge your e-gift card without needing to actually view the information from a print out, your phone or other electronic device.

When Does The Gift Card Expire?

*There is no expiration date on your E-Gift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.

Can I Add More Value To My Gift Card?

*Yes.

What Exactly Does The Recipient Receive When I Send An eGift Card?

*An eGift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online.

*The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number.

*This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card, shows transaction history and printing instructions. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.

How Can I Check My E-Gift Card Balance?

*You can check the eGift Card balance from the original eGift Card email by clicking on the View Your eGift Card button. The page will have information about the card balance, transaction history, methods for redemption, and the original gifting message.

*You can also check your AJ's E-Gift Card balance on our website.

Is My Order Secure?

*All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL.

The Gift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant.

What If Someone Makes A Copy Of My Printed eGift Card?

*Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your E-Gift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your E-Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the E-Gift Card is tied to the E-Gift Card number.

*When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the E-Gift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your E-Gift Card information, contact Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
