After we pick up your order, you may receive a follow up SMS/Email letting you know your Roadie is head to the delivery address that was Entered during checkout. At this point, you can text or call your driver directly.

We try to make sure every AJ Eats-Delivery experience is simple, fast and easy.
In order for that to be true for everyone who uses our service, we need to free up our drivers for other orders and are unable to have them waiting to long at a delivery address.
In the event that you are unable to receive the delivery, the driver will wait no more than 10 minutes and attempt to contact you by telephone and text message. If you cannot be reached within the given time frame, the food will be discarded.
You will still be charged the full amount for your order, including all applicable fees since your order was prepared and delivery attempted.
No refunds will be provided if delivery is attempted at the location provided during scheduling and no one is available to receive the order.
We need our partner restaurants to let us know when prices change, but we understand that they’re busy creating scrumptious food for you to enjoy.
For the majority of restaurants on AJ Eats-Delivery, menu prices are agreed upon with each restaurant individually. Sometimes. Not always! These prices may vary from in-restaurant prices or online prices of the individual restaurant.

We have carefully collaborated with each of our partner restaurants to bring you the best and brightest of their menu, while also carefully considering prep and cook times in efforts to provide a timely delivery.
Also, some items simply don’t travel well – such as ice cream.
AJ Eats-Delivery is not involved with food preparation and is not responsible for issues or allergies resulting from ordered food. All dishes may contain traces of allergens
(i.e. wheat, gluten, milk, soya, peanuts, etc.)

Restaurant Contact Information
We know you are hungry, so we strive to get your food to you as soon as possible. Depending on the type of restaurant, once your order is prepared by the restaurant, Intown Deliveries should arrive in around 30 to 45 minutes. Out of town Deliveries should arrive in around 45 to 60 minutes. (Estimated delivery times are from the quoted order pick-up time)

The distance you live from the restaurant may or may not impact delivery times.
Delivery estimates are often based upon the restaurants pick up quote time.
However, remember delivery time can be influenced by a number of variables and factors. Such as the restaurants' ability to prepare your food, length of waiting time, driver location, weather conditions, how many orders are ahead of yours, how many cars are in the drive through, your distance from the pickup location, traffic, construction, in town delivery, out of town delivery, Health Precautions and other factors. Because of this, the time can change as the delivery progresses. For instance, if the Driver is close to the pickup location and your order is ready quickly, the Delivery Time will be shorter. On the flip side if the restaurant or merchant takes a longer time to prepare your order than anticipated, the Delivery Time could be longer.
*If you require a specific delivery time or have a large order, we suggest that you give us a 24-hour notice. This is not required, but is helpful to ensure you get an awesome experience.

First and foremost, we're sorry! While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, we're here to help make things right.
If your order was placed and the restaurant no longer has the ability to provide what you ordered they should contact you directly to offer possible substitutions.
Merchants typically charge extra for any substitution not of equal value to cover “cost of those goods.” Any price adjustment added by a merchant for substitutions will need to be passed along to the customer.
If a requested substitution/change is of equal value, there is generally no up-charge. However, if the substitution ends up being more in value the difference usually needs to be paid for. This charge might be "separate" and processed after the initial transaction was placed for the order.

If your driver is unable to locate you, or is having difficulties entering your building, they will send you a text message or give you a call. The text or call will be sent to the phone number you provided at checkout.
