Protecting Yourself And Others From COVID-19

In order to protect the safety of all users of the AJ Eats-Delivery platform, all Roadies, Merchants, and Consumers who use the AJ Eats-Delivery platform must wear a face cover or mask while they are interacting with other platform users. This includes while deliveries are handed off from Merchants to Roadies or to Customers, and while deliveries are handed off from Roadies to Customers.
 

Face covers can be made of cloth, should cover your face from the bridge of your nose down to your chin, and be secured to your face. Surgical masks or N95 respirators are not required.  
 

We also encourage you to follow the below recommendations:

• Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds throughout the day, especially before eating and after going to the bathroom, blowing your nose, or sneezing; if soap and water is unavailable, hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol is a good alternative.

• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw that tissue in the trash. If you don’t have access to a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, never into your hands. Also, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth in order to lessen your chances of getting sick. Again, remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after coughing or sneezing.

• Keep surfaces, including your hot bag and vehicle, clean by using regular household cleaning spray or wipes. 

• Stay at home if you feel sick, in particular if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or shortness of breath, cold or flu-like symptoms, or a fever of 100 F (37.8 C) or higher. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you should stay home and away from others. If your symptoms worsen, please consult with your doctor.
